Welcome to the Nashville State Campus Cupboard.
At Nashville State Community College, we are all about community. We don’t want anything to get in the way of our students succeeding academically. The Campus Cupboard provides groceries and personal care items for students that need a little extra help. All Nashville State students pursing an associates degree or technical certificate are welcome to use the cupboard and can shop once per week.
The process is pretty simple. You log into the Campus Cupboard ordering system. Since there are multiple physical Campus Cupboard locations, choose the one closest to you and the best date and time to fit into your schedule to pick up. You then shop for the items you need. You’ll have the opportunity to print out an order receipt to take with you. Once you arrive at your cupboard during your selected day/time, an attendant will help you retrieve your order.
That’s all there is to it. Well, one more thing, the Cupboard is closed between semesters, and during the Fall and Spring Breaks. So, make sure you get what you need to tie you over when the cupboard is closed.
If you need something for you and your family, and we can help, let us assist you. We don’t want to let anything get in the way of your academic goals. Place an order and free yourself up to concentrate on getting the college education you’ve worked so hard for. That’s what we’re here for.
Create an Account
Welcome to the NSCC Campus cupboard. In this tutorial we will look at creating an account and logging into the Pantry Soft system.
The first thing that we need to do is create a user account. Start by clicking the Campus Cupboard Online Store button. Once on the login page, new users will click the Sign-Up button, if you are a returning user, you will enter your username and password then click login.
New users, after clicking sign-up, you will enter your first and last name. You will then create a username. When you get to the email spot, you must enter your @my.nscc.edu email address. You will then enter a password and repeat it. Once you have entered the information, you will click the Sign-Up Button.
If you have entered all the information correctly, you will be returned to the login in page and will receive a notification that the account has been successfully created.
In our next tutorial, we will log into the system and begin creating an order.
Create an Order
Welcome to the next part of our tutorial, logging in and creating an order. After you enter your username and password, click Login. If this is your first time in the system, you will need to complete the Registration page where you will provide your A#, name, birthdate, gender, contact information, information about your household, and then answer a few questions about your resources and needs. Finally, on this page, you will need to read and accept the terms and conditions of the Campus Cupboard. By clicking each statement, you are indicating that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions. Once you have completed this section, click save and exit.
At this point you will be taken to the schedule visit screen. Using the drop-down box, select the campus that you will be picking up your order from. This will then show the available pick-up times for the campus that you have selected. Choose your date and time from the list and press the + button. This will then take you to the pantry where you can begin shopping, which we will cover in our next tutorial.
Welcome to part three, shopping. Now that you are in the shopping area of the cupboard, you can browse the available items and select the ones that you are wanting to place in your cart by pressing the + button located at the top right of the item. This will place the item into your shopping cart, which you can review by click the cart icon located at the top right of the screen. Once you have completed your shopping and reviewed your cart you will click confirm order. You will then be taken to a confirmation page that will list your order summary, pick up date and time, and instructions for pick-up from the selected campus.
And that’s it! You can now log out of the system and then head to campus on your scheduled time and date to pick up your order!
