
The Faculty & Staff Mini-Grant Program is designed to support innovative, student-centered projects that align with Nashville State Community College’s priorities. This process ensures grant proposals receive proper support before submission and adhere to the institutional policies of NSCC and TBR.
Who Can Apply?
Any full-time NSCC employee.
Grant Guidelines
To make the biggest impact, we encourage proposals that are innovative, thoughtful, and designed to serve a wide range of students.
Grant Funds May Not Be Used For:

Professional development

Salaries or stipends (Exceptions for non-employees and non-students may be considered with proper justification)

Marketing or promotional items (e.g., T-shirts, pens)

Travel

Cash or Gift Cards (Exceptions for gift cards for non-employees and non-students may be considered with proper justification.)
Application & Award Procedures
- The request period is on-going during the academic year. The Foundation will only accept submissions via the online form, no exceptions.
- The Faculty & Staff Mini-Grant team will review all requests for funding.

You will be notified individually once your proposal has been reviewed for consideration.

The Foundation team will schedule a photo-op and grant announcement.
