Effective immediately, Nashville State Community College will no longer require prospective students to pay a $20 fee when applying for admission to the college. “We know that this fee can prohibit students from beginning their studies at Nashville State, so removing that barrier is another step the College can take to help students get to class,” said Laura Moran, Nashville State Community College Director of Admissions.
Nashville State will also be hosting Tennessee Reconnect information sessions across each of the college’s six campuses in February and March. “Nashville State Community College meets students where they are in life. It’s important to have these Reconnect information sessions across Middle Tennessee and Nashville so that students who want to take advantage of Tennessee Reconnect are prepared for class from day one,” Moran added. Prospective students who would like more information about Tennessee Reconnect at Nashville State should make plans to attend one of the information sessions below.
